I have a problem with my transmission so the car is parked in the garage. I try to start the engine and keep it running once a week, but today I opened the door and the alarm went off. I was not able to de-activate the device and the noise was driving me nuts, so I ended up cutting the wires to the alarm (the horn). Now the security red light is flashing constantly and so are the signals. The car only starts after I try to turn the key at least ten times. Also after I turn off the car the signals keep flashing for a while!! I do not think this has anything to do with cutting the wires because I tried to connect them and nothing was changed.
Is this crazy or what? Any one has any idea what might be wrong here?
