If your fuel door hinge is broke you are better off breaking them off then replace it with a new one (less than $10.00 at the stealership). If you have to remove a good working hinge you need a small thin screwdriver and push two tabs in from the gas filler side of the hinge. There is a very small slit on the very back edge of the door hinge where you can insert the screwdriver and push aside the two snap-tabs. It looks easy but it is frustrating because you have to tug the door outward as you are pushing the tabs. Good luck!

Is the fuel door supposed to lock together with the door/trunk locks?
