Door/Panel Clip Tool Source??

When at my dads shop, he had tools like this that make it sooooo much easier, I thought in a Mac catalog they had a 5/6 piece set. Maybe it was snap on... Anyways I'd like to get something for that purpose in a multi piece set but dont wanna pay a fortune. Sears & HF didnt seem to have anything.

This was the snapon set. I'd have to ask for it as a gift cause I aint spending $60 on it.
