Vapor Lock

After driving a short while, then turning off my car, coming back to it about 10-15 min later, it takes holding the key in the ignition position for 10-12 seconds before the engine catches. I was informed that this problem was called "Vapor Lock", where air leaks into the fuel lines, usually a problem with the fuel pump, which causes the delay in the start of the vehicle. Any comments or suggestions? This problem did not occur before fuel pump, filters, and engine were replaced.

this is a problem with your fuel return regulator, its not holding pressure, cheap little thing at the end of your fuel rail. Whoevers tellin you its vapor lock you should stay away from.
