SRS Light

I recently went through some service records and noticed that when I had my A/C service 3 months ago, the local indy put in the notes my SRS light was on. He never said anything about it and I haven't noticed anything out of the normal. The SRS light stays on for about 5 seconds after the rest of the lights go off when the car is started but it's always done that and I assumed it was normal. If the system had a fault, doesn't it either stay on constantly or stays on for 30 seconds??
