Before I go charging in on removing the screws/bolts with a needle nose vise grip, is there a socket of some sort to remove the screws. I'm just like Mr. Happy-Go-Lucky removing oil pan screws when I come across these odd-balls. WTF is this about?

I guess I'll check the local automotive parts stores later today. Thanks Jeff.
