Power seat...

My passenger power seat stopped working, but this is the second time it has gone out. Last time I replaced the fuse and it worked just fine, so I am assuming it will do the same next time if I keep replacing fuses... Any ideas as to the root of the problem?

and last chance (less probable) a damaged motor.

Have you noticed if the seat is somehow sticky? Only on specific movements? Fuse go when you require specific movement? May be cleaning and lubricating that mechanism will help.
