will an m5 (e34) clutch work in my '95 540i 6 sp?

what is the difference between an m5 clutch (sachs OEM) and the standard OEM clutch for my '95 540i? can anyone suggest a good aftermarket clutch kit?

look here (http://rust.mine.nu/bmw/carselect.do).I think the m5 and 540 have the same diff housing and tranny,wether the clutch is the same dunno look up some part numbers
