Whats the easiest way to save flash animations?

I'm trying to save flash animations from a tech site and was looking for any programs that will let me do this one click from internet explorer..Preferably freeware, Thanks.

Its not possible in most cases as they are invoked with javascript which is usually hidden and you can't get a path to the source.

It just took some freeware called flash saving, of all things.
