whats that **** about hind sight again, had a few ideas clamed by lazyness, another i have no idea if i was first to think of it but research would of told me is in use in the hpcr 2003 and up dodge diesels, pilot injection, a small injection event before the main fuel charge is delivered to start the combustion process off less violently for greatly reduced noise, ever notice how quiet the newer cummins diesels are? one can be idling next to you at a light and you may not even notice it, but mine is nice and loud the way i like it :D
