OT: Best way to sell car items and avoid people wasting your time?

It seems to me so many people just dont have the same values I was brought up on: They make appointments and dont keep them, they dont call back, they expect everything for free even if the price is fair. They mislead you.

How do you sell items and reduce the nonsense? I hate wasting time with these types of persons?
