Hi everybody, I'm in the UK and tomorrow going to look at a 1989 530 SE. The car has done 190000 miles, converted to LPG at 100000 miles. It is for sale for £750.00.
What should I look out for?
Thanks

You want us to guess...Ok the car will have the m30 in 3 litre capacity. It will prolly be overdue for a complete service,or what we would call an inpection II.
Other things will prolly be new front suspension bushes ,and the cooling system may require new parts,ie hoses, and water pump.
Have a look here (http://www.bmwe34.net/e34main/trouble/what_will_break.htm).Dont be dismayed by that list,it wount happen all at once.Add that website to your favourites, buy a bentley manual and join in!

lol, everything.
How does an lpg conversion influence performance?
The usual list is check for repair receipts, history records to see how it's been maintained.
