Drivers Side Glovebox

Does any one know if this works with our US cars with no modification? It looks like it should just replace that trim panel. I could really use a place to put a few things close by.

looks like its in the way of levers on steering wheel. Even so I think it was available on US M5s. At least it shows up in the US verison on Realoem
