Nice work my friend...you are one FAST tinkerer! Glad you love the new ride, I knew you would. Enjoy.

I bought her from a fellow board member 2 weeks ago and have been tinkering and tweaking nonstop since. Here are the first photos I took of the car while under my ownership.
What exactly did you do to the rims? I want to black out the center of my stock bottlecaps just for kicks, was going to sell them, but figured..what the hell.
Oh, Zmuff, your car is now my desktop lol

Very nice, good idea getting one from a fellow board member. You KNOW the car has been taken car of.

For the rims I washed them with mild soapy water and a soft cloth.
THen I masked the wheels using the blue painters tape. After that I used a 180 grit sandpaper and sanded the wheel centers thouroughly. Than I washed them off in order for the paint to adhere to a clean place. I sprayed the black down in long sweeping strokes. You'll know when you have enough on there just by looking. Before it was dried, I then went over it with a clear spray- Not hard to do, but takes a bit of time if you want the detail work perfect.
