The diesel goes to 100 kmph in 7.9 seconds! Nice.

looks like a redesigned and cramped 4 seater Z coupe. stick to the basics BMW!
3, 5, 7, Z, M, X's are enough

FYI: I copied this thread to a new message board I had created for the new 1-Series.
I have aa lot of interest in this new little beast also. I'd like a two door version. I think they're going to sell a two door hatchback here. That'll be cool.

I agree, the 2 door would be nice. I am partial to hatchs as I have own a few in the past. Omni GLH (!), VW Rabbit, they were dogs but versitle enough.
I am intrigued by the possibility of a 3 door convertible like the show car. I also like the specs of the diesel. They should be nimble cars. I think the current 3eer weighs as much as our 535i cars.
