Looking for year overviews, differences, common problems, the typical stuff...
Market pricing information would be helpful.
TIA,
Jeff

You can go over to the darkside/Roadfly, though the E24 board is kinda mum to newbies.
I can post some general E24 links tomorrow, bout to leave for the day.

yeah baby - classic M6 to cure the summer blues...
Saw one at the local bodyshop. Very clean, just has a mean look to it with that slanted nose and the centered exhaust pipe.
Are you in the market?

There really was not any differences in the US version of the M6, therefore not really any bad years. I think the S38B35 engine was in all of them, might of had the S38B36 in the final year.
The only difference I can think of, and it is for all E24s, is that the instrument cluster was different from most 1987 models and on.

You're a lucky SOB if you're in the market for one. What happened to the red one that Jon K's buddy was selling? That was a beauty.
