Big earthquake inTonga, and the news jumps all over a possible new tsunami wave (pun intended). And in the name of sensationalism they blow it all out of proportion. According to the BBC and CNN (as well as probably a boat load of others - the puns continue) large areas of our coastline were evacuated and tsunami warnings were broadcast on the emergency channels. Unfortunately for the news, in the real world all was different - most people didn't know jack diddly untill concerned friends and relatives overseas called them. Oh what they will do for a dollar (or pound sterling).
