Hmmm, and with a couple of carefully staged photos, it'll end up on eBay as "rebuildable"

Don't think this was mentioned in James Mitchener's book, Iberia. Like driving close to trees and cliffs anyway.

That's not a 5-series. I think it's a Rover.

Jeff, that was the cause of jacking on the differential, not the cross tube. I thought you were on top of these things

That cop holding the tape measure is either a man wearing a thong or a woman with "Man hands".

The grey car in the third pic and the green car in the fourth pic are both Robbo machines (Rover200/25) yup, that's what I've come down to!

Can some physics genius sort out how fast that car had to be moving?
There was talk on the roadfly board of the Speedo indicating 100 'somethings.' No accident at 62mph (100kph) is going to do THAT to a car, and frankly I can't see that sort of vehicular trauma happening at 100mph either.
I guess if a car hits perfectly dead center, strange things happen - Usually you see a car hit off-center, which makes it spin off to one side or another. This one just split, which is incredible....

That is a conifer, that's not blood, if you scrape the bark on a pine it's that color beneath.
I'll bet that had a freaking hurt.
