Yeah, I realized that after I took the pictures... You see my son bonding with the car... One day it will be his...

Looks good, but you should re-position the 525 to its correct position or just debadge it alltogether.

Cool stuff. Some color would be nice, but I see the effect you were going for.
Your badge seems to be placed differently. Was the car resprayed?

WOW, good eye... Thats been bothering me too... She was sent out for repaint by BMW about 10 years ago... Cost the original owner $6,000. Always thought it was just me noticing that so I never said anything. I plan to debadge it one of these days but time is short being a single dad and all.

That's cool, I eventually want to get my car repainted also. The debage literally takes 5 minutes though.

I also need a new fog light... Some little devil child in my apartment complex decided to shoot at my car with a BB gun...

Take a hairdryer and heat up the badge. Take a piece of dental floss it run it behind the badge while the adhesive it sticky. Take some rubbing alcohol/credit card and gently remove the remaining adhesive. Then polish with some wax and your done.

Hmmm, don't have a hair dryer... But I think I have a gas heat gun somewhere... I also need to replace the emblem on my hood, a guy at the dealer said to use a plastic spatula and pry it up using a towel for a wedge, any feed back on that?

The roundel is easy as hell. Just tape the end of a screwdriver and pry it off.

either tape on a screwdriver or slide a credit card in and use that between paint and screwdriver. pops out with no problems.
and if there's adhesive when you debadge, use this stuff called Goo-gone. it kicks ass.
