ditto, but i am sure this will start a flood of "it's only a few bucks more for the real stuff" as long as it's changed out every couple years it'll work, that's the biggest thing. i would stay away from the dexcool **** chevy and a few others use, it did wonders on the bosses suburban

Cat piss has a much more distinct odor too.. you would definitely know if you've got a heatercore leak.

German porn, what about it, other thatn it's everywhere. Geez, everywhere you go in Germany there's porn. Their regular newspapers are littered with it, its like it's part of everyday life. So, which particular German porn are you talking about?

They, quite simply, are man's dumbest animal.
Also, I always seem to get neighbors that have dogs that bark all night long. Stupid dogs and stupid neighbors that can't train their animals to behave.
It is times like those that I am glad I got rid of all my guns when I got back from my tour of duty in Viet Nam. Otherwise, I am afraid that my neighborhood would have a few less dogs. Or neighbors! :-)

I usually just let this garbage roll off of me without a comment. This time I felt compelled to respond. Sometimes I wish I owned a bit larger of a cat, like a Bengal tiger, then these aggressive dog lovers would have to keep their stupid little mutts in the house.

How much does it weigh? We had one that weighed in over 20 lbs., but didn't look that large. He also had weight induced diabetes and was very fat. That cat doesn't look nearly as obese as ours did.
I am impressed!

I love dogs, have and always will. Dogs are smart, people who don't know how to handle dogs are stupid. Dogs can train their humans too, and in some cases, it's the dog that's cleaner and smarter than the human.

It's PG based, which should be safe in the BMW engines. It's not super toxic so if you spill you won't have a huge animal die-off in your yard.

It's the idiot humans that like to make fun about dead cats that I really want to go after. Put a picture of them on the Internet with a silly sign over them and we can all have a good laugh.
I have actually had the pleasure of physical confrontation with a couple of smart asses that made comments like the one in this thread, and I can tell you that they regretted opening their mouth.
People that hide behind the safety of the Internet and make dumb, inflaming comments are only worthy of disdain.
I usually try to ignore the ignoramuses - this was a weak moment for me.

Well, at that time we can put a notice on garden wall, beware of Tiger. And on the back bumper, Tiger on board.
Really I dont understand how they could be so violent, this is out of my understanding. In my country,Turkey, there is no law against animal crimes, few days ago,a dog was boiled by a "human" in İstanbul . I hate my kind-mankind. I am crying and I am sorry.

How can there be no retribution for any "human" that commits such a cruel act? I am sure that every culture in the world has some, shall we say "unusual", activities that would be reprehensible in another culture. However, I simply cannot understand how such a horrible action would not be punished in some manner.
Thanks for sharing your sorrow over this.

this may fit in to this little slice of heaven
Little Nancy was in the garden filling in a hole when her neighbor peered over the fence. Interested in what the cheeky-faced youngster was doing, he politely asked, "What are you up to there, Nancy?"
"My goldfish died," replied Nancy tearfully, without looking up, "and I've just buried him." The neighbor was concerned, "That's an awfully big hole for a goldfish isn't it?" Nancy patted down the last heap of earth then replied, "That's because he's inside your cat."
I really dont understand how a human being act so, I saw pigeons were killed, kittens were wounded , dogs are boiled. I have nothing to say, just a growing rage, that is all.
Well they are punished, if they are found guilty, it cost them only 20 dollars!!! "if they are found so". We do not deserve a nice future, we do not deserve the love that we always need, we are already lost. Fall from grace. :( .
Who cares a faster computer,or a powerfull car or lots of money. If there is nothing bringing joy to us.

It certainly has gotten the mileage this week. I wanted to post this earlier but haven't had a chance.
First: To Dick Schneider (and anyone else who may have been offended by the "free cat" pic I posted earlier in the week). I sincerly apoligize if the picture was offensive to you. It wasn't meant to be that. I was attempting to add to Winfred's post about using cat piss for coolant. Dick, if I read one of your posts correctly, you've lost a cat that was close to you and I can relate to that. Any pet becomes one of the family. My 4 year old daughter's red Beta fish died this week and she is really missing her breakfast companion.
Second: I was in no way responsible for the animal in the pic or the sign. It was sent to me by a buddy in Wa state who is a cat owner/lover. He knows how I feel about cats.
Third: I'm not a Hitlerlike person (although my wife might agree with you at times on the "ignoramous" label). I don't appreciate animal cruelty no matter where in the world it occurs. I have rescued my last two dogs from either the street or from the local vetinarian's unwanted dog kennel. Yes he built a small multi-pen kennell out back for unwanteds. These two mutts seem to be very appreciative of the affection from me and my family. Truly man's best friends.
My wife had two cats before we got married and I came home one day to find them the victims of the neighbors anti freeze hot dog trick. Pretty slack needless to say, but we couldn't prove he did it even though we found an empty Prestone jug in the back of his truck.
In closing I enjoy the comradery that we E34 owners on this board share. I hope we can get back to the fun of keeping these fine machines running their best by the exchange of info and occaisional OT matter. Thanks for hearing me out.
Regards,
JR

think that you had anything to do with the situation in that picture. However, I was not amused by the picture and having it posted here. I am sure that was obvious from my reaction. I know that many people see humor in that sort of thing, even some cat lovers. I am not one of those people and I do find it offensive. I had similar reactions to the "What To Do With a Dead Cat" books. I would have been just as offended if the picture would have been of a dog or raccoon or skunk or anything else. I suppose that I am too much of a softie, at heart. I wasn't like that before my tour in Viet Nam, but I saw so much heartache while there that I really became intolerant of any hint of cruelty. I don't like "sick" jokes, even though I do have a very strong love for humor and laughter.
I understand totally where you are coming from, now, based on your explanation and I am sorry for my strong reactions. At the time I simply thought you might be another of the many cat/animal haters that are out there. By "hate" I mean the type of person that could easily kill an animal simply because they got in the way. That does seem a bit far-fetched, now, but most of us here really know little about the others. It is ok with me if you, and others, don't like house cats. I don't like it when any thought of it being ok to dispose of animals is put in front of me, though. I have, more than I care to think about, been caught up in a discussion and said/written something that is not in my typical character and later really regretted it. So, as I said, I do understand and appreciate your posting.
We all have our buttons that, if pushed, can set us off and you happened to find one of mine.
