Heres what ya do---
First of all, your DME has only one board,,,so, you can ignore that step on Bruno's site. Put the torx screws back in.
There are about 6 little metal tabs,,,that are around the edge of the DME, holding the cover onto the plate that has the board mounted. Hust pry them up with a small screwdriver, hust enough that the lid will slide off.
Where you mount yout chip,,is under that little white plastic cover, inside of the dme on the board.
Make note of the orientation of the board, and the chip will have a little indent on one end. Your new chip will have the same.
Have your new chip out and nearby, so you can look at it and recognize what your stock chip looks like, and that way you wont put the chip in upside down.
Very carefully, with the small screwdriver, pry up at either end of the chip,,,kind of rocking it a little at a time, untill it comes loose.
The legs of the chip are easy to bend,,,and might take a little light tweaking, to be lined up right,,,,,dont shove down on the new chip, untill you are certain the legs are all lined up (kind of like trying to shove a centepede down onto a marshmallow).
Once the legs of the chip are lined up with the sockets,,,press down on it,,,till it seats.
Hope this helps, and enjoy your new chip--- makes a world of difference.
Your car might act weird the first few miles you put on,,,,as the new chip has to learn how your engine likes to be fed
Place the white plactic chip cover back on,,and it clicks in place.
Then, put your cover back on your dme,,,and then using a needlenose, clamp all the metal clips back down, and crimp them flat.
Then stuff your dme back into the car, put the retainer clips back on,,then re attach the harness, and fire 'er up.

yea, just remember thats the easiest performance mod. pretty brave putting the chip in her at almost 160K, Hope you checked the rev limiter, btw whats a 91 redline at?? Mine with the chip is revving all the way to 7k, but I think it looses power at about 6600rpm thats where I usually shift.

glad you finished the install, first time I did mine took a couple hours and I fished it between the boasrds. Now that the bastard clips are fully non functional I can swap chips from the time I pop the hood to starting the car in about 10 minutes. First time is the spookiest cause your for sure gonna break the thing...lol
