I have a friend that is offering me to sell his rims and tires that came original from his BMW 745 2005. Would they fit my 1994 530 with out any mods? the rims are 19 and the Tires are Michelin Pilot Primacy the two front tires are 245/45 R19 and the rear is 275/40 R19.

First, those tires are two profile sizes too tall for starters. Should be 245/35-19 F and 275/30-19 R to retain stock diameter. Those are going to turn far too slowly and really mess up your speedometer.
Second, what is the et and cb of those wheels? That's the real key of the wheels fitting. Tires can be changed, et and cb not so much.

Take em tell him later they won't fit (they look stunning on the e38s btw) ebay them, but some nice 16s or 17s.

you just have to go with shorter tires.
235/35/19 and 265 or 275/30/19..
It will be an investment in new tires. but They should look good on a E34
