E34 featured in "Jersey Girl" several times

Now I'm wondering if Kevin Smith owns/owned an E34. Perhaps his dad did? The movie was dedicated to his dad whom died in '03.

The black 535i was shamelessly featured in several scenes. It was Ben Affleck's vehicle in the movie.
