I have new LEMFORDER lower control arms w/7series bushings pressed in
Should I also replace uppers? Ive heard the lower replacement will get rid of that damn clunk...?

a clunk is bad, somethings real messed up. usually the upper arms cause the 55-65 shimmy. if your in there I would do them all at one time.
I think your confusing the upper and lower arms ;)

do them both, it will save you the time of taking the thing apart again!

a little thread jacking here but I replaced my upper arms bushings the other weekend and for the life of me I couldnt get the ball joint end off. Is there a trick or just brute force? Instead of using a bushing press I ended up using a big C-clamp and cut a steel pipe to make two cylinders. Thank god for air ratchets...woulda been a royal pain to turn by hand...
