17" Wheels?

My E34 has 16" wheels right now, so I was wondering if can exchange them with 17" wheels. Please I need an advice.

yes you can, are you doing this purely for looks?
I doubt you well see any performance gain and the ride well be some what diminished due to the sidewall profile
