Lower Arm Replace

I was reading the instructions of how to replace the lower arm and trust arm, and it says that the car has to be lower down. My question is how can the lower arm be tie if the car is lowered down. It is imposible because there will no room once the tire is on the car. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I am going to replace them this weekend.

After you replace the arms and before you do the final torquing down of the thrust arms, the car has to have weight on it.
