Hard to say...... Without Miccing them for limit size and runout...

Either new or freshly turned...Looking at that large lip towards the hub, maybe even turned grossly under sized.....

they look like they need to be broken in, the pattern on the surface shouldnt look like that.

Just fyi....these were fresh rotors. I was just wondering if something is wrong with the face.

Can't tell just from that one spot, you have to look at the whole face, front and back.
