Power seats, retrofit

Ok, i fitted my backseats yesterday, hell of a job. THe bolts to the rear headrest is a real pain in the "#¤ to get at.
Anyway, im gonna fot my front seats today, They have all electrical adjustment, ive been looking through the wiring diagrams, but the dont seem to match with my seats.

So I have one simple question:

Is the powerseats a independent harness / system? I dont`need anything else than a 12v postitive and a common ground? There are no controlboxes i have to buy?

Edit: no memory on them.

Nevermind.

Took out my old seats and under the carpet i had the harness ready, plug and play! There was no harness for the heated seats though.
