I was stuck behind this "BMW" today in traffic for awhile, once my eyes stopped bleeding, I snapped a picture to share with you all!

The rear euro plate was held in place with velcro, yes, velcro.

The car was also flying an Italian and a French flag...
So we don't know who to really blame!
