replacing engine, have some questions

I'm going to have my engine replaced in the coming week and I wanted to ask you guys what parts I should replace while the engine is out? engine and tranny mounts? Anything you guys suggest?

You really want to do all the major maintenance items, there'd be a list on bmwe34.net- but for starters-

All heater hoses- unless you know how to tell if they are relatively new- and are sure.
Water pump and thermostat
Oil pump and chain, sprockets
Timing chain, tensioner and sprockets or belt
Pan gasket
Vacuum hoses
BMW coolant - with a decent block, heater core and radiator flush
belts
Drain and replace Transmission fluid, filter AND power steering fluid (Synthetic is a nice touch)
O2 sensor
Main seals (front and rear)- plus transmission output sealStuff that is nice to do (unless what you have is shot)
fan clutch
filters
plugs
ignition wires
rotor cap+button
Differential oil
Engine and transmission mounts
And of course the dogbones are always worth checkingI think that's it... :) Nick
