Does anyone know if the style 42 rims found on newer E39's fit on our E34's? They are the mesh rims with a deep dish, 17x8's, with rivets or whatever those holes on the outer rim are. Thanks all.
P.S.> My beemer will be fixed and ready by tuesday. I finally have a new appreciation for the car.

They will fit but you need hub-centric rings. Buy them off of tirerack, slap some anti-seize on them and they should be good to go.

Noob question - what the hell is anti-seize? Thanks!

anti seize is a compound in a tube. a beemer is a bmw motor bike. a bimmer is a bmw car.

Looks pretty sweet.
A completely-newbie question: where do you get hub centric rims from? Just generally, and not a store in particular, since I'm not in the US (unless there's only a specific store that sells them?)
