Recently, I bought a used factory/alpine changer, along with the Bav. Auto. bracket kit. My problem is the changer itself is apparently missing a bracket which is used to attach it to the kit sold by Bav. Auto. Anybody have one they could sell me, I haven't had much luck getting one from a salvage yard. Thanks as always, chris

Check Realoem for correct part and purchase from delaer or source like BMA. The changer bracket is a two piece bracket that fits into three(?) pre-threaded holes in the metal upper trunk panel.

I'm no expert by any means on this stuff so I looked over a PDF of the Parts Breakdown to install the changer. The part I'm looking for is the flat bracket which attaches between the 2 ears sticking up off the Alpine type changer. This bracket allows attachment to the BMA installation kit via 4 machine screws. Carbondale, IL is definitely not the Bimmer capital of the world so tracking one down locally is probably out. Any parts breaker suggestions are appreciated too.
