BMW E34 shock mounts

Hi all, I was just wondering if you guys replaced shock mounts on the front and rear when you replaced your shocks w/ bilstein sports on your e34. I saw that the bmwe34.net site said to replace the strut/shock mounts w/ boge and not meyle for some reason, and i guess they're better. Any info appreciated b/c i'm about to do a bilstein/h&r upgrade. Thanks, Graham.

yes, but i used meyle on the front and boge on the back, apparantly the front ones are ok in meyle version.

Cna you get Boge through BMA?I've no idea, but probably. I think the Meyle ones are now 'upgraded' due to the deterioration problem. Check this with BMA, they'll know all about it.
