e34 grill

i'm in the middle of changing the engine as we speak, now i have to take the bonnet off , as far as i can see i need to pop the grill out to move the horn mounting brackets so i can undo the bonnet mounts where they go through the slam panel,now i've got the outer edges and the middle of the grill free but it seems to be holding on something between the headlights, how do i get it off without breaking it? thanks, rob

Did you remove the one 10mm bolt in the engine compartment?

it just came away in my hands in the end, nothing broke either, engine's out , got most of the bits swapped over and i'm going to put it back in tomorrow , should have some pictures soon , as soon as i can figure out how to post them
