hi all!
not posted for a while but just wanted to say a big thank you
bought my e34 just over 6 months ago (when it was very very cold)
it's always had the stuck heater solenoid problem i.e. heat from windscreen and footwell regardless of settings
wasn't a problem in the winter but when your driving for three hours solid in 31 degrees c it starts to get on your nerves
anyway
bashed em with a little hammer this morning after searching the forum last night and all is well!!
it's still too damn hot though
many thanks for the cure
regards

urgh the heat index at work today was 106. it definitely sucks when you work at a pool, and you're like hell yeah i'll jump in. then you get in and its piss warm, get out and you're still sweating.

ooooo and me without my muff, here in baton rouge loserana at 10:00 pm it's still 87* 74% humidity, i don't really start to bitch till it's around 95* with a heat index well over 100* when it's over 100 and the index is well into the teens it just sucks, the only saving grace is the humidity starts going down once you get over about 92 and your dick stops sticking to your leg "**** i hate when i get my schwartz twisted"

something like that, not sure who came up with the scale that 100% humidity is based on but he must of been from nebraska or something (land of people who look like raisins) like this morning it's hot enough now that the ac is required on the morning, even though the weather channel says it's 75* the outside temp gauge on my truck says 87* (at quarter to 8 in the morning) and theres a nearly constant stream of water from the evaporator
