Good lord--why? That is possibly the weakest thing ever to kit up a Honda to look like a BMW. At first I thought Civic, but the headrests are different...Flip may be right with the Accord Coupe thing [or the guy just replaced the headrests]
Well, to me it seems to be just a crappy EK Civic.
Instead of a nice inline 6 growl, it probably whines like a little puppy.

Yea, the windows are wrong. At first i thought it was a coupe conversion.

Prelude - about '95 or '96 vintage (4th generation, I think) from the back side windows and the rear window shapes. The trunk opening looks right, too.

Cant be a prelude, preludes were pretty long.. now that i look in the interiour it deffinately looks like a honda civ or accord. the vents and dash look really familiar
actually i think i have it.

1997 Civic EX 2 door. Check out the window lines/size.
ALSO look at the dash.... the vent location.

Its flat out ugly!
SharkmanBMW
07-19-2006, 02:58 PM
what a waste of time and money.
It is worth less than a civic of that year, less than a BMW of any year, and would be embarrassing to be seen in at any time.
What are people thinking when they do this?
I really don't get it. They should post a pic of the builder / owner so we can see what a total idiot looks like!

very desprate!! strugling to make his car turn into a bimmer ...
Aside from it being very ugly, it is a nice fabrication. Kudos to the skill in creating it. If only he would have mocked a different car. :(

they need to give that car to Jon K's friend PT with that tractor so they can crush it.
but seriously i do respect the amount of time/work that went into it. at the same time, we need to go punch the dumbass and ask why he didn't just buy an e46 in the first place, while simultaneously smiling cause he probly wouldve turned said e46 into a honda civic! :p

I still think it's a 'Lude - the rear quarter window is too small to be the civic coupe, I think.

I recognized right away that the center brake light was not the same as my E46 and looked more like the one in my Dad's honda, but I have no idea what kind of car it really is.
