Pic request - mounted euro fire extenguisher

Hello all,
I have a '91 535i 5-spd.
The previous owner of the car gave a european fire extenguisher (sp?) mount.
I know that it is suppose to mount under the driver's seat, however none of the holes in the seat bracket(s) line up w/ any of the holes on the extinguisher mount.

Can anyone give me some pointers and/or post pic of their fire extenguisher mounted. Thanks.
