looks painted to me, but again, these arnt my parts, they are just semi local, and maybe a good price, i found them partoling my craigslist, and i realized that while i may not need these parts, some of you might and wouldent know to look in detroit craigslist.

The tires and rims are tempting for a set of snowtires... If you happen to head over there for something else could you post what shape they're in?
