That is freaking sweet as.
I wonder if the front speakers in the doors are like that for all Alpinas, or if this owner modified it? Also, it has a hat rack apparently (according to eBay description)?

Beautiful. I love Alpina B10's.
However I now have a valid Alpina VIN number if I wanted to order Alpina bits at the $tealer.. :D

Anyone notice the custom speaker panel in the driver's door ? It looks so seamless. I would love something like that for my car (course it would look better in black).

Wow that car was impressive. Those custom door panels are matched perfectly and look great. I wonder what setup of speakers are behind it, I didnt bother to read it.

I have seen one on eBay (Australian) a few months ago and it went for about AU$1500 (about US$1100), and it was just the bottom bit that sticks under the dash. Not sure how it would hook up in a non-Alpina E34.

Wow, most definitely the pinnacle of the e34.

nice.. just get rid of those ugly pinstripes and ridiculous wheels and it would be good to go

ridiculous wheels? inc, usually we're in agreement, but not this time. form and function?! you can't beat that. the pinstripes, ehhhh.... perhaps not on the side. on the front valence yes.

i love the pinstripes, just because they're not the usual decal you see on a car. and the wheels are immortal. they're gonna look good in 20yrs time.

If I had it, I won't do a thing to it. **** I'd barely even drive it, just to shows. Keep it completely original, no changes. Its beautiful

angrypancake

eibach springs sticker. below that you can see a little dot on the side skirt area, it's a roundel.

hmm, i was thinking, if the Alpina was silver, and the pinstriping was in ultrathin carbon fiber underneath the clear coat, than it would be totally badass. of course then you would want a carbon fiber spoiler (stock looking of course!) and maybe have the lower air dam carbon fiber with silver pinstiping on it.....

We are in perfect agreement pancake. Alpina 20-spokes are timeless, the pinstripes are not, a little too 70's for me.
I really love all the little details on this car, like the fact that the center console is finished in leather

And while we're on the topic of Alpinas, my sister just bought me this book for my birthday

Its a very interesting read, has the complete history of Alpina and quite a bit of info on the E34 Alpinas as well. Not very much emotion or opinion put into the writing, but a great source of historical info and facts.

the digital vdo is really ipressive.. would love that one in my car... execpt that the turbo pressure would be useless for now.
