View Full Version : Seatbelt Cable Broke
I just noticed that my seatbelt did not adjust as I moved my chair forward or backward. Took a look and noticed that the cable was cut about 2 inches from where it attaches to the clip. Did some research but could not find anything about fixing a cut cable. Will I have to replace the entire cable and will it be a pain? Or can I just re-connect the cable to the clip and and go my merry way. Would appreciate any suggestions and Thank you in advance.:D

I have never done it, but maybe the easiest ist you buy a certain length of such cable and then use the original ends/hooks and solder or clamp them in.
Any hardware shop has such cables and sells by meter, inch or whatever.
