1995 740i seats in an E34? Will they fit?

Hey guys I have an opportunity to get a set of 740i seats for my E34. They are in much better shape than my seats and I cant beat the price. My only concern is, will they fit! If they will is there anything special I need to do to hook up the heat and electronics or do they use the same plug. If anyone has done this swap or heard of this swap I would appreciate any input, Thanks.

I know a person who install E32 1994 740i front seats into E34 535i without any problems. I'm not sure about the E38 1995 740i. Seat design is slighty different between E32 740i and E38 740i.
