Speed sensor frozen in hub

It's on the rear hub of an e46.
I already sheared off the little flange thingee, so it's laying flush on there. I'm about to get medieval on its ass. Before I do, does anyone have a good trick for removing it? I was thinking about drilling it, or perhaps using some heat.

Vise Grips and some PB Blaster. Spray and let it sit, then spray some more, grab what you can with the vise grips (the sensor's already ruined, right?) and twist it as you pull it out.

Yep, that's how I sheared off the top part of it. I used a whole bottle of blaster. It's now sitting flush, with nothing to grab on to. I was thinking of drilling it out, or melting it a bit. I do have the new part, so I'm not worried about how it looks after I get it out.
