I am in the middle of swaping engines(an M5 to a 520) and i would like to know if i have to change the whole wiring of one car to the other...

it may have compatable plugs on the body for the engine harness, sometimes they move a couple wires around in the plug usually for the ac compressor, and the cruise control computer can move sometimes, it's worth a look

How can i see this? Do i have to get a wiring diagram? So it doesn't plug in that simple...:(
