Changed the rotors on my 94 525i a few months back with German aftermarket rotors (don't recall the brand). About a month later I found them to be warped, shimming steering wheel when brakes were applied. I had them turned only to have the same problem a couple of months later (which is now). Any suggestions? Rick

Thanks for the info Qube. My head is hurting from reading all of that techno info. It makes sense. I guess I have to really inspect and see if I can solve this problem.

Frozen Rotors...
I DARE you to even try warping them. you will fail.
if you wanna get some good ****, you can buy some ATE powerslot rotors, send em down here, and I can have them milspec cadmium plated then sent to Diversified Cryo for thermal cycling.
the police dept here uses them on their training vehicles, and they last many times longer than OEM, and the pads need be changed half as often. also the wheel bearings dont get as hot.
