What model e34's came with the Mtech side skirts

What model and years came with the mtech skirts.. I know it was mostly 94 95 did all e34's come with them or was it just the 535 540 etc any help would be great I am going to start calling the local junkyards and see whats around I just wanna know what years and models they came on

Any model could have had them they were an option.
