How do you remove the center console? ...behind the shifter console

Have a little squeak and am wanting to remove the center console section that resides behind the shifter console. How do I go about doing so? So far I've found two bolts that will have to be removed(Under the Parking brake boot and one that's capped on in the main cubby hole)...not sure if that's it though.

Pictures would be helpful, explanation will probably be enough though.

pop out item #3, there are two more screws there. sort of a bitch to get at, I ended up using a small socket wrench and a phillips drill bit, worked awesome.
