How about WBAHE1321RGE54558...just bought a 94 530i, not knowing about Nikasil issue. Completely fell in love with this car, but am now losing sleep..."leak down" nightmares. Knocking on wood as I type these words...but this car runs great with 124K! Looks too clean to be original, but numbers would indicate that it is. Dry as a bone underneath and the interior is impeccable. Do you have any tips on how to keep a Nik from experiencing leak down (oil additives, fuel brands/grades)?
