Do strut mounts need to be changed?

OK, for my 1990 535i, 5spd, 108K miles, my left front strut is leaking. Further, I now get vibration in both my steering wheel and brake pedal when braking from speed.

So, I'm planning on changing front struts (Boge) and upper and lower control arms (lemforder arms/Boge 750i bushing). Anything else?

Also, when changing struts, do any of you change the strut mounts (guide support), in item 1 here:

I know there is a bearing in there, is it suppose to be changed or can it be relube? Thanks!

cant relube them and they do occasionally fail. To be safe for another 108k I would replace it while I was in there.
