Where in England I can relining the block with new Alusil coat?

Edit: As in thred title, I allready know that it is special block material (AlSi17Cu4Mg) not cylinder coat. Sorry!

Nikasil is a coating, alusil is the casting material itself. as far as I know you can bore it out and re-ring and get larger pistons without having to do anything to Alisil.
I wouldnt bet my life of these statements yet though.

Is your motor an M20 or M50 ?
As far as I know it was only the M52 motors in E39s (up to 4/98) in the UK that had Nikasil.
