oh hell no. it is the one that was supposedly for sale in NY a little while ago. the pictures were stolen from a listing on a legit used car sale site, where they were asking 17k. the pictures now in this current auction look like reproductions of reproductions. crap ass quality. yeech, scammers these days.

I was curious as to how this dude was going to pull off the scam. Anyway I emailed the guy and asked some general questions. This is his response.

The buy it now price for my 1991 BMW M5 is $5000 and i want the deal to go through a third party so the both of us will be safe. This is why I chose to be affiliated at eBay. I got that exact same email a couple of months back, verbatim. Car in question was a black/black 1991 m5. buy it now was 5500.
